On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great honor to formally invite you to deliver a speech at the Shenzhen International Summit on Future Medicine (SZFM), to be held from March 20 to 22, 2026, in Shenzhen, China.
Your pioneering research and esteemed reputation in the field of AI applications in healthcare and/or aging-related chronic diseases align perfectly with our summit's mission. We are confident that your insights would be invaluable to our audience and would greatly elevate the scientific discourse of the event.
1. About the Summit & Host Institution
The SZFM 2026 aims to create a premier international platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on the future of medicine, with a special focus on innovation for healthy aging. The summit is hosted by the Shenzhen University Medical School.
As the host, Shenzhen University Medical School is a young, dynamic, and fast-rising institution that embodies the innovative spirit of its city. It focuses intensely on cutting-edge medical research and education, with strategic strengths in interdisciplinary fields such as intelligent medicine, basic and translational medicine, and tackling major age-related diseases. The School operates in close synergy with several affiliated hospitals, including Shenzhen University General Hospital, providing a robust platform for "bench-to-bedside" research. The summit is also co-hosted by several prestigious institutions, including the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), the Shenzhen Society for Cell Biology, and key national laboratories.
2. Key Scientific Themes & Your Role
The summit will center on two core challenges:
Theme I: AI for Healthy Aging – Exploring intelligent solutions for elderly care.
Theme II: Chronic Disease Challenges in Aging Populations – Focusing on skeletal, neurological, and oncological disorders.
We sincerely invite you to contribute to either theme. As a session speaker, you would be part of a select group of no more than 14 presenters, fostering deep and focused discussions.

March 21 (Sat): Parallel Scientific Sessions (09:00-17:00)
March 22 (Sun): Parallel Scientific Sessions (09:00-17:00) & Closing

5. Financial Support
As an invited speaker, you will receive the following support:
Full waiver of the registration fee.
Complimentary accommodation for the core nights of the summit (March 20-22, 2026).
A travel subsidy to partially cover your economy-class airfare, with the maximum amount determined by your region of departure:
Up to USD 2,000 for speakers traveling from Europe or the Americas.
Up to USD 1,000 for speakers traveling from the Asia-Pacific region.
The subsidy will be reimbursed upon presentation of original flight tickets and receipts after the summit.
